Last Week of Class

It still hasn't hit me yet that this is the last week of classes for me (Deep breath).  I started college in 2005, thinking I would graduate in less than 4 years, go to grad school, work a government job, life on easy street.  Almost 8 years later, I'm finally finishing up those less than 4 years.  Life hits you, sometimes hard enough to break you.  I learned that in 2007, then again in 2009 and 2010.  But I never gave up, and that's what I'm most proud of.  I love school, and I love knowledge, but I'm ready to move on...Finally!

But I don't want to jinx it, I've been known to fuck things up that are seemingly perfect.

Onto other things...I woke up sore initially from running the 2 miles yesterday, but I've felt better as the day has worn on.  If you're following along with the training schedule I posted here http://www.halhigdon.com/training/51096/8K-Novice-Training-Program today is stretching and 30 minutes of cardio.  I've been waiting on my phone to charge enough before heading to the gym, because it's impossible to get motivated without my jams!  Does anybody have an artist or set of songs that they like to listen to when working out?  I usually stick to Yeezy, because I'm pretty cool like that.

I hope everyone has had a great day!
Bye for now!

Album of choice for the workout was Jack Johnson's Sleep Through the Static
Stationary Bike Workout complete!
